There is a ground-floor bathroom with free-standing bath, handheld shower, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, as well as a separate shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, pergola, furniture, hot tub, and barbecue, along with off-road parking for two cars and an EV charging point. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: CCTV is present to the front of the property but will be switched off during guests’ stays. Note: The ground-floor bedroom and bathroom have wheelchair access. Just 2 miles away, set on the picturesque Glaslyn Estuary, is the bustling harbour town of Porthmadog, boasting an array of individual shops and restaurants, whilst being home to the Ffestiniog Railway and Welsh Highland Railway, where you can travel by steam train through the spectacular Snowdonia scenery. The village of Tremadog is close by with its pubs and restaurant, plus the pretty village of Borth-y-Gest, with its cliffs and coves, is within a short drive, while the celebrated and unique Italianate village of Portmeirion is within easy touring distance. Discover the majestic castles at nearby Criccieth, Harlech and Caernarfon, explore the slate caverns at Llechwedd, or try a day of sea, course, or game fishing in the area.
