Please note: during all school holidays, including Easter, May Bank holidays, February and October half-term, Christmas and the whole of July and August only weekly bookings from a Saturday can be accommodated. 140 Atlantic Reach is nestled on the outskirts of Indian Queens, Cornwall. Hosting two bedrooms, including a double and twin, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also an open--plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off-road parking available, and a front lawn with patio and furniture. 140 Atlantic Reach provides a well-equipped base for exploring Cornwall. Please note: No access to gym and pool/leisure facilities on site. This property does not accept short breaks during peak times. Please note: Strictly no smoking.

The peaceful village of Indian Queens quietly sits at the Western end of Goss Moor, just 7 miles from the surf capital, Newquay. Situated on the edge of China Clay Country, the local area houses reminders of this still thriving industry, although it is now centralised over several miles away from this beautiful, rural setting. With plenty of walking and cycling opportunities from the doorstep, and many great surfing beaches at nearby Newquay, along with the town’s fantastic nightlife and other key resort attractions, this delightful location has plenty to offer.
