Kents Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and dining seating and a sitting room with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms include a ground-floor double sofa bed with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, along with a king-size and a twin bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and designated parking is available for one car, with additional first-come, first-serve parking nearby. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved dog welcome, a second dog by arrangement. Sorry, no smoking.
