Meadow Retreat consists of a reverse‑level layout with four bedrooms, including a first‑floor double with an en‑suite bath, shower over, basin and WC, a further double, and a twin room. There is also a ground‑floor shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC, and a first‑floor cloakroom with basin and WC. The first‑floor open‑plan living space includes a kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, along with a dining area and sitting area with access to a balcony. The property has eco central heating and provides a TV and WiFi. Fuel and power are included in the rent, as are bed linen and towels. Outside, there is off‑road parking for 2 cars, with additional roadside parking available on a first‑come, first‑served basis, along with a garden. One well‑behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. The resort attractions of Newquay includes bars, clubs, a zoo, vibrant shops, the National Surfing Centre and fabulous beaches are all just 7 miles away, while 9 miles in the other direction is the sleepy fishing port of Padstow. In between lies a beautiful section of the South West Coast path, winding its way over the clifftops, down to tranquil coves and across some of the region's top beaches. The surrounding area is also a visitor’s paradise with much to see and do. Stately homes, world-renowned gardens, adventure playgrounds and theme parks, model railways, fishing lakes and golf courses are all to be discovered within 10 miles. Even the spectacular Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, both on the other side of the county, are only 12 miles away, making this a superb base for your Cornish holiday.
