The accommodation includes three bedrooms comprising a double with TV and en‑suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC, a further double and a twin room. There is also a bathroom with bath, basin and WC. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle and toaster, while the sitting room features an open fire and TV. Fuel and power, as well as bed linen and towels, are included in the rent. Outside, the property benefits from an enclosed garden with furniture and off‑road parking for 3 cars. One well‑behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub both 2.6 miles away. Note: Fuel for the open fire is not included.
