Tinners Way is a single-storey bungalow resting in Tresowes near Ashton, Cornwall. The property features a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, and toaster, along with a dining room and a sitting room with woodburning stove.
There are four bedrooms, comprising a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, a further double bedroom, and a twin. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Electric central heating and a woodburning stove are provided, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included, and WiFi and a Smart TV with Freeview are available. Highchair and travel cot can be provided on request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for 5 cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Ashton is a village found within the civil parish of Breage, with just one pub and a farm shop, it's a rural and rustic area, offering you the opportunity to relax surrounded by the luscious lands of Cornwall. Just a short drive to the neighbouring town of Helston, this quiet and quaint village is the ideal base for a holiday surrounded by nature, but also not far from a host of amenities. If you're visiting with the kids, Flambards Theme Park is always a winner, with rides, museum exhibitions, and indoor play, it's an action-packed day out to tire out the little ones before settling down for the night amongst the wondrous scenes of Ashton. Godrevy Heritage Coast is the place to be for avid walkers, or simply for those wanting a beach day on the coast of Cornwall. For even more sandy beaches, head to St Ives, famous for its surfing spots, it's the perfect place for those wanting to try something new and learn even more about the culture and art of Cornwall.
