The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Electric central heating and a woodburning stove are provided, with fuel, power, and a starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included, and WiFi and a Smart TV with Freeview are available. Highchair and travel cot can be provided on request. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for 5 cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
