The open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area features oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, air fryer, Smart TV, and dining seating. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars and a enclosed front decking with furniture. Within 3 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.4, a pub, and within 0.3 miles a lake. There is a variety of restaurants, tea rooms and pubs with plenty of shopping opportunities, along with manor houses and walled gardens nearby to visit. Belton House, Wyndham Park, Grantham House and Belvoir Castle are among a few. Lincoln, Melton Mowbray and Stamford are all within easy reach, offering many interesting attractions.
