Ballyneill Farmhouse has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, home to an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and dining table, along with a Smart TV in the sitting area. There is also a snug with a second Smart TV, offering extra space for relaxing. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a further double, and a single. The main bathroom offers a bath, separate shower, basin and WC, while a ground-floor cloakroom provides an additional basin and WC. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. Central heating with an open fire keeps the cottage warm throughout the year. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
