Regenna consists of single‑storey accommodation with an open‑plan living and dining space featuring two sofas, a Smart TV with Sky, radio, WiFi, and dining seating for four. The kitchen includes a gas oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
The bedrooms consist of one double and one twin, serviced by a bathroom with a bath, shower over, wash basin and WC.
Outside, there is a south‑facing enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture, and off‑road parking is available for two cars. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Two well‑behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.
