There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The living areas include a kitchen/diner with woodburning stove, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug/office. Oil central heating is provided. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. Entertainment includes a TV, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stoves are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.
