Sunnyvale House is over four floors with a kitchen with range cooker, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine dishwasher, dining room with seating for fourteen guests, a sitting room with Smart TV, a snug with Smart TV and cloakroom. Seven bedrooms: 1 x first-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x first-floor king-size, 1 x first- floor family room with king-size and a single bed, 1 x second-floor twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x second-floor family room with superking-size and a single bed, 2 x third-floor double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. First-floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Second-floor bathroom with bath, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Enclosed rear garden with furniture, large hot tub. One parking permit available for roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis in dedicated zone area. Additional roadside parking also available with free parking between 6pm and 9am and then 3 hours free. Please check local parking sites for any updates. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.4 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.3 miles, a beach and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is set over four floors and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Please note: there is a 9pm curfew in place for the hot tub and outdoor activity as the property is in a residential area. Note: there is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 500 GBP

Amongst its many attractions, Whitby holds a charming atmosphere, home to winding streets and hidden alleys, where you can find a wide selection of eateries and shops scattered amongst them. Take a trip to the picturesque harbour and lighthouse to watch the sun set or get involved in some whale watching or a coastal cruise to watch the creatures up close. Climb the famous 199 steps to the Whitby Abbey to immerse yourself with history, or visit the Captain Cook Memorial Museum presenting historical and ethnographic exhibition about Cook himself. Close to the Robin Hood's Bay, rich in heritage, wonders and scenic spots, and in easy reach of the bustling towns of Scarborough and Middlesbrough, Whitby is a prime location for exploring all of the delights that Yorkshire has to offer.
