The Beach Bungalow is a single-storey property featuring three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living spaces include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room, and a conservatory/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and air fryer, while entertainment is provided by a Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi. Outside, guests can enjoy a lawned garden with patio and off-road parking for up to three cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Please note, the driveway allows one car to turn easily, but with two or three cars, reversing onto the main road will be necessary. Sorry, no smoking. The Beach Bungalow is a delightful base for exploring Calshot and the surrounding Hampshire coast. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP.
