The Manse, a house consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA and ranger cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a utility, a sitting room with sofa, woodburning stove, and TV, a sitting room with sofa, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, double with en-suite, and single. There is a bathroom with roll top bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn, and ample off-road parking. Sorry no smoking. The Manse is a wonderful escape to North Yorkshire, whatever time of year. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of GBP 450. One well behaved dog allowed.
