The bedrooms consist of a king with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, and a ground-floor truckle bed, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with a patio and lawn, 15 acres of land with access to the canal path, and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and please note this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, starter pack of logs, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
