Lisburne is over three floors, and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with oven. hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There are three bedrooms with TVs, a second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a king size, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside there is courtyard with furniture, a communal courtyard and Off-road secure allocated parking for 1 car, plus unrestricted on road parking close by. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.2, a pub, and within 0.8 miles a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. One well-behaved pet welcome.
