Town Farm Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with a gas range double oven and hobs, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining seating, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a sitting room with a Smart TV, a snug with a woodburning stove, and Smart TV and a conservatory. The bedrooms include a super king size with an en suite walk‑in shower, basin and WC, a king size and two doubles, all served by a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk‑in shower, basin and WC. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom with a basin and WC. Outside, there is a large enclosed garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, a heated saltwater swimming pool, a hot tub, a pond, off-road parking for 3 cars, and additional roadside village parking. Fuel and power are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A highchair is available. Two well‑behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
