54 George Street consists of a kitchen with single oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, Miele dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining room, and a sitting room with TV. A games room offers a PlayStation and darts board. The bedrooms include two doubles, one with TV, and a single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed south-facing garden with lawn, patio, picnic bench, and bike storage, along with off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
