Clare's Cottage consists of a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, airfryer, kettle and toaster, a dining room with seating for six, a sitting room with a TV, piano and woodburning stove, and a snug. The bedrooms include a second-floor double, a double, and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom containing a bath with handheld shower, basin and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 mile, a pub, and within 0.8 miles, a lake. Please note, this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the price. One well behaved dog accepted. Explore the hidden gems within the Cotswolds at Clare's Cottage. Note: Please be aware that when you outside of the backdoor, the door can close behind you, you need a key to get back in to avoid getting locked out. The small, pretty village of Harome, on the southern edge of the North York Moors, is an idyllic place to stay. Two excellent inns, one with a Michelin starred restaurant, make up this little haven, whilst the prestigious market town of Helmsley lies just 3 miles away. Here, the traditional market square is surrounded by hotels, shops and tea rooms. An important area historically, Helmsley has its own 12th century castle and English Heritage's Rievaulx Abbey is close by. An excellent walking area, ideal for exploring the surrounding moors with their hidden dales and villages. York and Scarborough are less than an hour’s drive and Pickering with its famous steam railway just a 20 minute drive.
