Pelican Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge (with ice box), dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for five people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV, a second-floor single, and two further singles, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is access to a public car park. Within 0.8 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub, and 0.1 mile, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property.
