Wolds Hoot consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen with a microwave combi oven, fridge with ice box, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area. There is an external shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC, and an external cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn and a bench, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. Within 3.6 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.2, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well behaved dogs welcome, but please keep on a lead outside the fenced garden area due to livestock. A romantic countryside trip awaits at Wolds Hoot. The pretty town of Market Weighton is one of the main market towns in the Yorkshire Wolds and lies 20 miles from York. With many Georgian and Victorian properties, including an 18th century coaching inn, Market Weighton also holds a weekly farmers’ market. Within the town is a traditional village green with duck pond. This small town has a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The Yorkshire Wolds Way national trail, a long distance footpath, passes through the town which is surrounded by the gently rolling chalk hills.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
