Lodge 3

Lodge 3 consists of a studio-style living space with a double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. The kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, and toaster. The cloakroom offers a basin and WC. TV, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a hot tub, along with off-road parking for 1 car. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not permitted. All of this awaits at Lodge 3, offering a simple and inviting base for exploring Carmarthenshire. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 150GBP.

Pontyates is a village situated in the Gwendraeth Valley, halfway between Carmarthen and Llanelli, and offers a shop, Post Office, pub and garage, as well as a fish and chips shop. This village is perfectly located to enjoy shopping trips, cinema or theatre evenings, a steam ride, days out on sandy beaches, golfing and even a day at the races - both horses and cars. A charming part of Wales to explore any time of year.
