Annexe is single storey property, consisting of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, toaster, kettle and seating for two guests and a sitting room with a 55" Smart TV. The bedroom is a king-size serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is rear garden with lawn, patio and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 1.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Five well-behaved pets welcome. Brantham is a small village situated on the River Stour, in Suffolk. There are a number of amenities available in the village, including a nearby pub and convenience store. The neighbouring town of Manningtree, a mere 2.5 miles away, is home to a multitude of restaurants and bars, perfect for a celebratory evening out with your loved ones. For a day of shopping, head into the town of Ipswich where you will also find attractions such as Ipswich Waterfront and the Ipswich Transport Museum. Close by in the stunning Suffolk Countryside, here you will find Alton Water, a beautiful manmade reservoir where you can take a leisurely stroll with the dog, relax with a spot of fishing, or get your adrenaline rising with some fun watersports or mountain biking. Brantham is a delightful base for an action-packed, East Anglia holiday with the family.
