Holly Farm

Holly Farm is a house consisting of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, and seating for eight guests, a utility with washing machine, a sitting room with woodburning stove, and a snug with a sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, king-size, double, and family room with a bunk and single pull out bed, serviced by a bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden with a lawn and patio, and off-road parking for two cars. Five well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles a pub. A stay at Holly Farm promises to be one to remember.

Brantham is a small village situated on the River Stour, in Suffolk. There are a number of amenities available in the village, including a nearby pub and convenience store. The neighbouring town of Manningtree, a mere 2.5 miles away, is home to a multitude of restaurants and bars, perfect for a celebratory evening out with your loved ones. For a day of shopping, head into the town of Ipswich where you will also find attractions such as Ipswich Waterfront and the Ipswich Transport Museum. Close by in the stunning Suffolk Countryside, here you will find Alton Water, a beautiful manmade reservoir where you can take a leisurely stroll with the dog, relax with a spot of fishing, or get your adrenaline rising with some fun watersports or mountain biking.
