The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower, a double with Juliet balcony, TV, and en-suite shower, and two ground-floor singles serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private rear decking area with furniture. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3, a pub, and within 0.3 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. The historic market town of Brigg is a small market town in North Lincolnshire and is built on the crossing of the River Ancholme and was granted a charter in 1235. The town hosts two regular markets; a farmers and a street market. A significant number of buildings in the town centre date back to the late 1700s or early 1800s and are listed. The old town has been designated as a Conservation Area.
