The Annex consists of a utility and a first-floor open-plan living space with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, air fryer, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar, sofa bed, and TV. The bedroom is a double. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.7 miles, pub in 0.1 miles, lake in 0.8 miles, and river in 1.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a garden and off-road parking for one car with additional space available in a nearby car park.
