Bredy Cottages consists of a ground floor spacious double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC. The heart of the home is the open-plan living space, complete with a modern kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, where bi-fold doors open directly onto the garden. A snug with a wood-burning stove adds a cozy touch, while a utility room and boot room provide practical convenience. Upstairs, the master bedroom stands out with its striking stone bath and adjoining WC. Two additional double bedrooms share a contemporary bathroom with a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC. This property is equipped with underfloor heating and a log burner for year-round comfort. The kitchen boasts a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and the utility includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. Entertainment is covered with two Smart TVs and WiFi, and all fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Outside, enjoy a large garden with lawns, a decked seating area with furniture, and a natural deep freshwater swimming pool. There is a shepherds hut in the grounds sleeping a further 2 guests. Parking is available for up to two cars off-road, with additional space on the lane. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the property is located within easy reach of local amenities - a shop just 0.7 miles away and a pub 1.0 miles away. Please Note: The 5th double bedroom is in the shepherds hut in the garden. Please note: logs for the wood burner can be purchased locally, and due to the unfenced swimming pool, the property is not suitable for children under 12. Burton Bradstock is the perfect spot for a peaceful break on England's south coast, with the South West Coastal Path running alongside for you walking enthusiasts. The village itself boasts 16th and 17th century thatched cottages as well as two pubs, a shop and a Post Office, the glistening Hive Beach is a wonderful spot to spend the summer days with the magnificent cliffs as a backdrop, there is also a lovely café to sit and relax in, once a year the Spring Tide Festival is held which would be worth lining up your holiday with! There are many attractions and activities to enjoy around here, with the stunning coastal resort of Weymouth making for an excellent day out. Alternatively, head inland to Dorchester and Yeovil for great shopping, architecture, eating and drinking.
