The bedrooms consist of one king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size, and a single, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear multi-level garden with a patio, lawn, furniture, and a hot tub, as well as off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove inc. in rent. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate are available. Rowan Tree Cottage makes a lovely countryside getaway. Note: Steps throughout property. Note: Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on furniture and are not to be left in the property on their own. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 350 GBP. This property does not accept hen and stag parties and has a hot tub curfew of 8.30pm.
