Songbirds consists of a kitchen with an electric hob, microwave and fridge with ice box, a dining area with seating for two people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed, along with a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with decking, furniture, lawn and barbecue, a non-enclosed lawned front garden, and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 0.7 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. St Michaels sits as a suburb of Tenterden in Kent, resting on the northeast edge of the High Weald AONB. This welcoming village provides a couple of pubs and shops along with a couple of takeaways. It provides access to the wonder of countryside and coastline that abounds the local area. Just one mile away is the stunning town of Tenterden, its High Street is lined with charming half-timber buildings hosting a range of different shops, pubs and restaurants, it is also home to a golf club. Nearby is the glorious High Weald AONB, a landscape of breath-taking countryside with a number of manors dotted around. Two popular nearby towns include Maidstone and Ashford, providing a wide variety of amenities along with some fine architecture and many attractions to keep you occupied. The south coast is also reachable by car, the stunning port town of Folkstone is the closest place of note with its well-known Harbour Arm and sandy beach.
