The Hideaway is a ground-floor apartment with a king-size bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Amenities include an electric central heating, an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, TV and WiFi. Outside, there is a rear courtyard with a sitting area, an enclosed, communal courtyard with furniture and there is a free public car park nearby. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You can find a shop, pub, and Saxmundham train station within 0.1 mile. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Saxmundham is a small market town located on the River Fromus, in the heart of Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. The town is well serviced with a Waitrose, Tesco, independent shops, local museum, and a train station, as well as art galleries, a weekly market and a farmers’ market. Situated so close to the coast, Saxmundham is a great base for a seaside holiday; within easy reach of Aldeburgh and Thorpeness, as well as Dunwich, Southwold and Walberswick, you could enjoy a different coastal location each day. Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops. South of the town there is the well known tourist destination of Sutton Hoo, an ancient Royal Anglo-Saxon burial site.
