Graig Goch consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a dining room, living room with Smart TV, and a ground-floor shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. The bedrooms include a ground-floor king-size and two king-size rooms. Front and back garden, which are not enclosed. Outside, there is an side garden with patio, lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for four cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Millennium Coastal Park with its 22kms of off road cycletrack runs along this beautiful coastline, allowing walkers and cyclists alike to discover one of the most scenic routes in Wales. For the shoppers in your party, Carmarthen is a vibrant shopping centre, with lots of main chain stores plus small, unique Welsh gift shops, lovely restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, a bowling alley and a cinema for film buffs. Llanelli offers a great range of out of town shopping, a modern cinema, a theatre and a leisure centre, as well as a Nicklaus-designed modern links golf course. For horse racing fans, the Ffos Las racecourse is open all year with many meetings and is fast becoming the best new racecourse in the UK. The lovely eight mile long Cefn Sidan beach is just over 2 miles away, one of the treasures of Pembrey Country Park.
