Primrose, a single-storey shepherd's hut, consists of an open-plan kitchen/living space with electric oven, induction hob, fridge with icebox, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar for two people, and sitting area with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is a king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a garden with lawn, gravelled area, furniture, wood-fired hot tub, and charcoal barbecue, along with off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop and pub in 2.1 miles, river in 0.4 miles, and lake in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. Nestled between Grimsby to the east and the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the west, the quaint village of Waltham can be found. Best known as the home of the iconic Waltham Windmill, a popular, partially-operational flour mill popular with visiting tourists that dates all the way back to 1880, this charming settlement is home to the Waltham Windmill Golf Club and the GCMES Miniature Railway. Visitors can also find the Tetney Golf Club, the Bradley Woods, and the Source of River Freshney within a short drive of the village. Waltham houses a variety of shops, including the SPAR Kirkgate and the Lincolnshire Co-op Waltham Food Store which sell homely essentials, the pubs of The Kings Head and The Tilted Barrel, and a selection of restaurants and takeaways to suit every taste.
