Little Acre a single-storey, studio-style hut consists of a double bed with underbed storage, kitchen wtih combi microwave/grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, a dining area for two guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There is a shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.4, a pub, and 1.5 miles a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Acre a charming retreat with stunning views over West Yorkshire. Note: There is a bar and restaurant onsite for guests to use. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP (just held against payment card). Note: One large dog or two small well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Keep dogs on leads as paddock is not enclosed and there are horses nearby. Note: Do not feed the horses in the field. Note: There is no WiFi.

The small village of Oxenhope lies amid wonderful scenery, and offers the chance to take advantage of the multitude of walks in the area. The village, with its shop, church and pubs, is home to the terminus for the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, which runs on a regular basis to Haworth and on down to Keighley. The area was made famous by the Brontë sisters, and the outstanding countryside was famously described in Emily Brontë’s novel Wuthering Heights as wild and rugged. The area abounds with popular places to visit; the charming village of Haworth, trendy Hebden Bridge, historic Halifax and its Piece Hall, the Museum of Rail and several National Trust properties. The market town of Skipton, known as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is only a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds.
