Lychgate View Cottage consits of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker and seating for four guests, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV and a games room with a games console and TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a double serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture, barbecue, bike storage and roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub. Two well-behaved pets allowed however please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Aldborough is a small village surrounding a traditional village green, about eight miles south of the popular seaside town of Cromer.
