Buzzard Barn consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, a dining room, and a sitting room with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a private garden with a hot tub and off-road parking, plus EV charging available. Within 4.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.5 miles, a pub, and within 1.1 miles, a river. The village of Metheringham sits in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire, 10 miles south east of Lincoln. Within the village lies a historical church, St Wilfrid’s, which dates from the 1600s, along with other amenities including a convenience store, a café, a traditional butchers shop and three welcoming pubs. The centre of the village is a conservation area and to the west lies Metheringham Heath, on which is a SSSI at a local quarry.
