1 Albion Place, a house over four floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dining seating for four people, a utility with dishwasher and washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and second-floor twin. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, and beach in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
