Buddicombe House

Buddicombe House consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a TV, a utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer, a dining room with seating for 10, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and TV. Limited logs are provided during the winter months. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a double with TV, woodburning stove, balcony and en-suite shower room, two doubles with TV and en-suite shower room, and a single, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a front patio with seating, rear garden with furniture, barbecue and external games room plus off-road parking for five cars. Within 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.4 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. At the point where the Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty meet, is where you'll find Combe Martin. This small seaside resort, with all of the necessary amenities, is a great attraction to locals and visitors alike. Combe Martin has a very popular beach; the sheltered cove is perfect for rock-pooling and it is a popular paddle boarding bay. The village also boasts its own Wildlife and Dinosaur Park!
