There is a ground-floor king-size bedroom serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn, barbecue, and furniture, along with designated, off-road parking for one car. Ideal location for cyclists who want to explore the area - secure garaging is available to store bikes. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dog sitting service - subject to availability. Sorry, no other pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.1 miles and pub in 0.9 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are inc. in rent. A delightfully peaceful country town, nestling in the Fowey river valley amid the woods and fields that characterise the area.
