43 Springvale consists of a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), double, and single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear courtyard with a lawn area and patio and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Return year after year to 43 Springvale.
