Brynmorfa is a house with a separate annex resting in Llangrannog, Ceredigion. The main house is arranged over four floors and includes a sitting room with woodburning stove, a kitchen/diner, a lower-ground-floor games room with table football, and an external laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The main house offers four bedrooms, comprising a second-floor king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, plus an enclosed balcony terrace with furniture, two further king-size bedrooms, and a twin, served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC.
The annex provides two double bedrooms, a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove.
Electric central heating is provided throughout. Kitchens are equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Smart TV, TV, and WiFi are included. Fuel and power are included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.
Outside, there is a rear non-enclosed patio with furniture and a front non-enclosed patio and lawn with furniture. Off-road parking is available for four cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcome.
