The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Non-enclosed front garden with picnic bench and charcoal barbecue. Shared 2.5-acre enclosed field with balls and throws for dogs plus a dedicated play area for children with a trampoline, swings, and slides. Arnside is situated on the southernmost tip of the Lake District in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, where low limestone hills, marshy plains and deciduous woodlands characterise the surrounding land. The internationally renowned Leighton Moss RSPB Reserve is also just one mile away. Guided walks across the Kent Estuary are available, showing the full splendour of the shore and surrounding area. Within easy touring distance are the Lake District and Lune Valley, the Yorkshire Dales and the Forest of Bowland.
