Blossom Hill consists of a kitchen with electric oven, hobs, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x dishwasher's, coffee maker, a dining area seating eighteen people, a sitting area with a TV, a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove, utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, snug with a TV, a games room with a pool table. The bedrooms will be set up as 2 Superkings ( can be twins on request), 1 king, 2 doubles and 3 twins (that can be superkings on request), along with a bathroom, two shower rooms and a cloakroom. Outside, there is a enclosed rear patio and lawn garden with furniture, barbecue and play area, and driveway parking for 6 cars. EV charging(charges apply via pod point) Within 1.5 miles you find a shop, and 0.9 miles a pub. Two well-behaved pets welcome, please note this is a non-smoking property. The ancient village of Whixley rests between the town of Harrogate to the west and the city of York to the east.
