The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link), a further double, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is a communal garden with lawn, furniture and access to the beach, and off-road parking for two cars. Two small - medium well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, a pub in 0.7 miles, and the beach in 0.6 miles. 1 Kessingland Cottages is the ideal base for a family escape to the Suffolk coast. Note: Access into the property can be awkward and is not wheelchair friendly. Note: Check-in from 2pm, check-out by 11am. Please note: this property accepts a minimum of 3 night stays

Yarmouth offers lots of family fun with traditional seaside entertainments. The local surrounding area has a great wealth of places to visit with something to please every family member on a beach-side holiday.
