The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and siting area with an electric Range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dining seating, an electric fire, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a mezzanine double, a double with basin, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for three cars and an EV charging point. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a shop and a pub in 3.9 miles and the beach in 0.2 miles. St Edmunds Church is a magnificent base for an escape to East Yorkshire. Note: This is an adult-only property and no infants allowed

Fraisthorpe is a small village, resting on the east coast, approximately 5 miles from the bustling coastal town of Bridlington. The village is well-positioned near the beach and the North Sea, approximately a mile away, where you’ll also find The Cow Shed Restaurant, a fabulous place to take in the coastal views and enjoy a bite to eat. When the tide allows, travel North to reach Bridlington across the coastal path, or south to Barmston, Skipsea and Hornsea.
