Sunnymead consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining area seating five people, a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consists of one double with TV, one twin, and one single serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with summer house, lawn, patio and furniture. Parking on roadside for one car immediately outside front garden stone wall. Additional parking for another vehicle in the paid local car park approx 50 metres up the lane. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1 mile and a pub in 0.2 miles and a river within 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sunnymead a delightful base to explore the Devon coast. Note: The steps up to the garden area are steep.
