Fal View, a duplex apartment over the first and second floor, consists of a kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, a living/dining room with dining seating for four, Smart TV with Netflix, and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, double basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and a second-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed balcony with furniture, there is one dedicated parking spot on site. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Guests can find the closest shop and pub within 0.3 miles, and within 1.3 miles, a beach. Fal View is your idyllic coastal escape with your loved ones. Please note: This property is a Friday changeover only and for the period Friday 3rd July 2026 and finishing Friday 4th September 2026, only bookings of multiples of 7 nights can be accommodated, eg 7,14 or 21 nights.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). For nature lovers there is the Swanpool Nature Reserve, a lagoon and site of special scientific interest teeming with a variety of wildlife. There is also a golf course. Falmouth offers such a rich variety of landscape and attractions for people of all ages, it is sure to tempt you back time and again.
