Miramar, a charming and detached holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine, a living/dining room with Smart TV and dining seating, and a snug with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, king-size with en-suite, second-floor king-size, and twin with en-suite. There is a bathroom with bath, basin, and heated towel rail and WC, shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC, and cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, and hot tub and off-road parking for four cars. Just a short drive from iconic St Ives, the seaside village of Carbis Bay is best known for its beautiful stretch of pure white sand. With turquoise waters and sheltered conditions, the beach feels almost subtropical and is the perfect spot for a good old-fashioned day by the sea. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Centre, so if sunbathing is not really your thing, why not hire a kayak or SUP (paddle board) and get out on the water instead? The quayside town of Hayle also isn't far away and is home to activities for all the family, including golf and a wildlife sanctuary. The Godrevy Nature Reserve and Penwith Heritage Coast are also within easy reach from Carbis Bay, providing outdoor and watersports plans with even more activities to partake in, including coasteering and birdwatching.
