The Elm Coach House in Chipping Norton sleeps six people in two bedrooms.

The works will be mostly internal, but there may be some noise disturbance during the day, Monday to Friday**The Elm Coach House consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, dining seating for six people, and sitting area, and a snug with TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and family room with king-size and twin beds, along with a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom/utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, and furniture, a front courtyard, and private driveway parking for two cars. Note: EV charging available, must be pre-arranged with the owner and is charged locally at the standard rate. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. The Elm Coach House is a delightful base for a Cotswolds escape. The ancient town of Chipping Norton, steeped in history and culture, is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in the shadow of the Rollright Hills in this unspoilt area of Oxfordshire. Chipping Norton boasts a popular weekly market, numerous book and antique shops, many cafes, restaurants and pubs serving excellent food and local ales, art galleries, a museum and a thriving theatre. Chipping Norton is surrounded by the pretty limestone villages of the Cotswolds and offers many walks and cycle trails from the town centre, together with a Lido, perfect for a relaxing swim at the end of a busy day. Blenheim Palace, Rousham House and Gardens and numerous National Trust properties are close by, and a little further afield Stratford Upon Avon, birthplace of William Shakespeare, and the magnificent university town of Oxford are a real delight. A wonderful holiday destination, perfect for exploring all this lovely area has to offer.
