Claremount

Claremount consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a utility, a living/dining room with a TV, DVD player, CD player and electric fire. The bedroom is a double which is serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is on-road parking close to the property, subject to availability and a yard with bike storage. Two well behaved dogs are welcome at this property. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop and a pub within 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen only included - please supply own towels. Note: Parking a short walk from the property.

Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
