The first floor offers an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. There is a sofa bed upstairs and a single z bed, occupancy is 3 people, 4 guests would be on request please. The property is equipped with air source heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, bed linen, towels, and parking for up to 2 cars. Outside, you'll find a rear garden/decking with furniture and a hot tub, please note the hot tub is not in use until October 1st 2025. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
