The Byre rests in Common Moor, Cornwall, sleeping four guests in two bedrooms.
The Byre, a reverse-level cottage, consists of a ground-floor kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with a dining table seating four, TV with Freeview, CD player, radio, and a cloakroom with WC and basin. The bedrooms consist of a lower ground-floor double with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, WC and lower ground-floor twin with en-suite bath, shower over, basin, WC. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available upon request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, gravelled area, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 1.3 miles. The Byre offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Property entrance is accessed by a stairway. Note: short breaks must be a minimum of three night stay
